Message from the President …

This has been a good year considering all the budgetary challenges. In the past 3-1/2 years, we have raised $130,000 for Willow Glen Middle School and High School.We continue to focus on programs that enhance academic achievement.

This year we spent our funds on college and career guidance counseling and the Career Fair at the high school, after school sports for the Middle School, and we continue to support the robotics team and the music program at both schools. Starting with freshmen, we can encourage our youth to think about careers and take the classes that will help them achieve their goals throughout their four years of high school.The Career Fair gives them a chance to talk with people in over 60 careers, every year. We had a discussion about supporting after school sports at the Middle School.And, as many parents and teachers know, some youth are interested in sports and school, and will maintain a good grade point in order to stay in sports.
