How to Become a Sponsor: Pay-By-Check Only
(Note: If you have purchased through our new online link above you can pay by credit card and you will be emailed all of the necessary instructions.)
1. Complete the online form.
Fill out the form to upload your logo. We need this in order to feature you to our guests.
2. Submit Payment By Check
Checks must be received by October 25, 2024 for graphics to be included on printed items. (Note if you would like to pay online, click the big red button above)

Add “WG Tasting Sponsorship” to memo section in order to direct the funds properly.
