Vision & Mission

Funding for public schools has undergone profound changes in the last decade. The private, nonprofit Willow Glen Middle & High School Foundation was formed in July 2000 – through the cooperative efforts of parents, faculty, alumni, and public officials – to support neighborhood public schools in the face of technological, social, and economic challenges.

With support from the community, local governments, corporations, and area businesses, the community-based Foundation uses its funding and resources to enhance the academic and cultural enrichment of the Willow Glen public schools and to support the long-term success of all students.
The Foundation has articulated a vision, mission, and focus that drive its activities.
